The company behind the marketplace

everything you need is right next to you

It sounds obvious. It is not — not when the sofa is on one app, the car is on another, and your neighbour's listing is in a language you do not read. This is the story of what we did about that.

How close it all is

Almost all of it happens within two kilometres.

The bike you want, the dinner you pay for, the person who watches the children, the car you finally replace. Ordinary life covers almost no ground at all — and the people at the other end of every one of those are close enough to walk to.

What breaks it

And almost none of it works.

Not because the distance is a problem. Because three things go wrong between two people standing four hundred metres apart, and they go wrong the same way whether the thing changing hands is a sofa or a bill at the end of a meal.

It is scattered

A dozen apps, each with its own account and its own island of people. The street you live on is the one place none of them index.

It is in the wrong language

Your neighbour writes in the language they think in. So do you. Half of what is nearest to you is written in a language you never search in.

You cannot check the person

A name, a photograph, and nothing behind either. When a deal goes wrong there is no one to answer for it, so the safe move is not to deal at all.

What we made

So we built the layer underneath first.

Four things, and none of them is a product. They are what a product needs to exist before it is worth building: who you are, in a language everyone reads, with someone accountable at both ends and the money held until the thing has actually changed hands.

One account

One identity, one reputation, one set of addresses and cards — and every surface we build sits on top of it rather than beside it.

Nine languages

Write once, in the language you think in. Everyone nearby reads it in theirs, and the half of the market that never met each other finally does.

People you can check

Identity checked once, carried everywhere, with a rating that follows the person rather than the listing.

Money that waits

Held from the moment you pay until the thing is in your hands. Neither side has to go first.

Where it goes

Then we pointed it at one thing after another.

Each of these is the same four things, aimed at a different corner of an ordinary week. None of them needed a new account, a new language, or a new reason to trust anyone.

Everything you need is already close. We just make it easy to reach.

The long versions

Each one has its own story.

Mission

To give people the chance to make everyday life a little more comfortable.

Community

Every exchange brings people closer. We build for the connections behind each listing, not just the transaction.

Craft

We sweat the details so buying and selling feels effortless. Simple, fast, and a little bit delightful.

Trust

Safety is the foundation of every deal. We protect every member so confidence comes built in.

Let's build the everyday, together.

Press, partnerships or a simple hello. We'd love to hear from you.
